The construction industry has a plethora of case studies presented; however, there are few common elements that we can use to compare various projects. Have they reached similar levels of success and how, or if they had a meaningful return on investment. Without metrics, we cannot manage or measure improvement. This project will endeavor to build templates to be used to report case studies, which will provide the industry some common performance metrics.
Scope
This project will look at case studies spanning the entire lifecycle. Some case studies may only demonstrate capabilities in one phase of a project, however our goal will be to present projects that will span multiple phases.
Status
This project is now forming and is looking for case studies which can be put into a template for presentation at the buildingSMART allaince Conference in December during session W203 to be held Tuesday 1:30 - 4:30 pm
