In order to give authors some additional time to prepare ballots the Planning Committee of the NBIMS-US decided at their meeting on April 20, 2011 to extend the Ballot Item Submission Period 30 days to June 1, 2011. It is anticipated that this will not change the delivery date of the standard from December 31, 2011.
